The Eden Valley is very small and one of the most significant wine regions in the Barossa zone of South Australia wine area. The region gives one of the most famous white and red wines of the country made from Riesling and Shiraz, both made in a distinctive style, which is well known on the world scale. It is a cool climate region with an altitude between 400-600 metres above sea level, which is perfect for the white wine varietals like the specialities of the region Riesling, Chardonnay and Viognier.
